Best Blueberry(or other fruit) Crisp in the World!

This recipe is amazing! So freaking delicious I cant even tell you properly! Just make it and try it and love it! :) I've been whipping this up for years now as my favorite go-to dessert especially  in the summertime. The recipe calls for 1 gallon of fruit but I usually dont really measure it, just throw in as much fruit in the bottom of the pan as looks good. My favorite fruit to use is frozen blueberries, for whatever reason I just never like what fresh blueberries end up like, maybe they're mushier? I'm not really sure but there you have it. Also just doing a mixed berry one or a peach one is very good as well! serve it up plain, with vanilla ice cream, or in a little dish with some half and half poured over it!

Crisp-
1/2 cups nuts toasted then chopped( I recommend almonds!)
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cups Brown Sugar
1/3 cups White Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter( warm but not melted)

1 gallon fruit

Combine all the first ingredients, mushing the butter in good with all the dry ingredients.
Sprinkle over the fruit divided between two 8x11 pans or one of those lovely giant ones, whatever size your biggest is! alternately you can make only one 8x11 and just use half the berries and dry mix, while you freeze the other half in the freezer for later(it stays good in there for months so it's a great option for a quick dessert later on.

Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes and enjoy!

Here are a couple of photo's from when I made the cobbler last weekend.
